Legend Homes today announced the pre-grand opening of Clearview Village community. Clearview Village is located just 1 mile from I-45 South and the Beltway 8 on Scarsdale Blvd., which gives residents easy access to NASA, Downtown Houston, Pearland and the Medical Center. The community offers homes from 1263 to 2253 square feet with prices starting in the mid $120's. Legend Homes offers its newest series of homes- The Traditional Series in Clearview Village.
